Good place, clean, and really like all the features like the pool and the gym. The apartments are really spacious and new. Great location as well close to everything

Very nice and new apartments. If anything was broken/wrong upon move in it was fixed within the following week. Love that they have no breed restrictions since I have a pit!

Beautiful apartments - brand new and great quality. Also great pool & workout center. The office staff are all super helpful, understanding and easy to workout. Ive lived in 2 other apartments in Midland and this is easily the best one.

It's a friendly atmosphere, location is amazing especially close to target! beautiful apartment buildings and pool area! The gym has everything you need and super clean!

I cannot express enough how hard Allie and Khloe work to get us the right apartment handled all the paperwork. Brittney Was extremely knowledgeable of the policies and procedures. These ladies definitely understand customer service and were more then happy to help. The apartment grounds and decors are beautiful well maintained.
